8 Direction of use
|
The whey intended for the food purposes
Milk whey powder is intended for using in food production (baking pancakes, production of bakery and confectionery products, preparation of drinks, etc.).
Whey is used in a dry or liquid condition according to the recipe of a product. At replacement of cow milk instead of 1 part of milk powder it is allowed to use 0 8-1 part of whey powder.
Whey in a liquid condition (the restored whey) is received by dissolution of whey powder in drinking water. For that to 1 part of whey powder should be added 3-5 parts of water with temperature 28-380С while stirring until full dissolution of whey powder. Getting necessary concentration of dry substances is reached by adding necessary quantity of drinking water.
Storage of the restored whey at temperature 4+20С should not exceed 6 hours.
After opening the packing a semifinished item should be stored not longer than 2 weeks (at relative humidity of air not more than 80 % and temperature - not above 180С).
