Kletsky branch
The Kletsky branch of the Slutsk Cheese Factory has a long history. It's a pity, the war destroyed the archives, and only fragmentary information about the Jews who lived here and cooked cheeses has reached our days. Such Jewish cheese makers were called "packers". Dumpling cheese was known all over Poland.
Already after the liberation of the city from the Nazi occupation in 1944, when a small but strategically important facility for the restoration of the national economy was opened - the Kletsky Raimasloprom, both documents and memories appeared.
So, in 1949, the Kletsky raimasloprom consisted of the Kletsky, Sinyavsky and Zaostrovechsky creameries, Nagornovsky, Gurnovsky and Golynkovsky drain points.
In 1963, the maslosyrzavod was incorporated into the Nesvizh maslosukhomolochny and renamed the "Kletsky grass-roots Maslosyrzavod". Since 1967, the plant has regained its independence.
For a long time, the company provided for the needs of local residents. In 1984, a whole milk substitute Dumpling factory was built on its basis, which made it possible to transform the enterprise into a Dumpling butter factory with expanded production capacities and geography of supplies. In 1995, it changed its form of ownership, becoming an open joint stock company.
For a more complete use of raw materials in 1997, the company mastered the production of desserts: yoghurts, glazed cheeses, processed cheeses, natural and with spices, cottage cheese cheeses and other thermalized products in polystyrene cups. In 2005, after passing a two-year examination, the trademark "Kletskaya Krynachka" was registered.
At the same time, JSC "Kletsky Butter Factory" as a branch was joined by JSC "Nesvizh City Dairy Plant". Three years later, the company was renamed into JSC "Kletskaya Krynachka".
The year 2012 was a turning point in the development of the plant - it joined the holding company "Slutsk Cheese Factory". Now his specialization has become the expanded production of cottage cheese products.
In 2016, a cottage cheese shop and a plot were put into operation, as well as the production of new types of products.
Currently, the Kletsky branch is one of the largest dairy enterprises in the Minsk region. Main products: crumbly and granular cottage cheese, skimmed milk powder, cow butter.
The Kletsky branch is the only producer of glazed cheese curds as part of the Slutsk Cheese Factory holding
