Pukhovichi production site
The dairy plant in Pukhovichi appeared in 1954. Kefir, milk were poured, cottage cheese was made, over time they began to make butter, cottage cheese desserts, sour cream in 200-gram glasses. Pukhovichi district was provided with whole-milk products. At the same time, more than 200 tons of milk were taken per day, and 20-40 tons were processed, the rest was sent to other dairy enterprises of the region.
In 2007, during the reorganization, the Pukhovichi Dairy Plant was joined to JSC "Slutsk Cheese Factory" as a production site.
Today, milk comes here from four farms of the Pukhovichi district. The equipment allows receiving up to 200 tons of milk per day. In 2020, the raw materials acceptance lines were repaired, cosmetic repairs were made in the premises.
